It’s been a while since Mike & Danielle came to visit (July 4th weekend!) but with the kitchen project going on, I haven’t had much time to blog. However, my dad called the other day and gave me a hard time about how he was sure Parker was up to more than “always listening” (the title of my last blog) so I’m making time to update. It was fun looking through these pictures, remembering how fun their visit was.

Thanks Mike, for giving Chad a hand finishing the cabinets…it saved me from having to help (which is probably better since he knows what he’s doing and I don’t)!
Aunt Elle can’t get enough pictures while she’s with Parker…thankfully she’s so good at bringing her camera everywhere since half of these pictures ones she took!

As you can see, Parker was NOT a fan of the fireworks. He never cried, just sat with his eyes shut. We kept asking him if he wanted to go home and he’d say no. Finally when they were about over he said he was ready to go. Maybe next year he’ll enjoy them!

The visit would not have been complete without a trip to Chick Fil A…
or Yo Zone…(This is Danielle’s ice cream – cake batter ice cream with gummy bears, rainbow sprinkles, fruity pebbles, and a few other sweet things. The sweeter the better!)
And we finally ate at the Waffle House. Danielle and I have been talking about going there since we moved to NC.

Eli is a hairy beast so Mike needed to be vacuumed after their love session!
