Parker's 1st Halloween

Parker went to his very first Halloween party...what a cute little penguin he was! He didn't spend much time in his costume. It was just a little too hot for a fleece suit, and he wasn't really a fan of it. He seemed to enjoy the party and was in a good mood the whole time, despite the fact he had no nap the whole day!

Parker the Penguin

Look how sweet they all are in their costumes!!

Parker tested out Lily's Baby Einstein and loved it!

I guess we need to get him one of these :)
When we got home from the party, he had his first taste of carrots. Apparently he liked them because he gobbled them up like they were goin out of style! What a fun day!

Some Cute Pictures!

When will you stop pointing that silver thing with the bright light at me??
Does this outfit look familiar, Aunt Brenda? I'm finally big enough to wear it!

Daddy was tired after a long day of work, and I wore myself out laughing at Sadie!

Sadie, You're So Funny!

Who knew Parker would find feeding Sadie peanuts so funny...but he sure did! I was eating peanuts this afternoon and thought I'd throw a few Sadie's way. Parker started laughing hysterically when she jumped up to catch them- the cutest little belly laugh! Sadie loved it, of course. She probably would have eaten peanuts until she got sick!

Walkway Over The Hudson

While we were visiting my sister, we got to walk over the new bridge they just built in Poughkeepsie. It was the perfect day to go because it was actually warm...most of the other days were freezing!

October Trip to NY

Due to some unfortunate circumstances, we got to go to NY to visit last week. Chad, Parker, & I drove to my sister's house Friday afternoon and stayed for the weekend. Chad flew back to NC Sunday afternoon and Parker & I got to stay the rest of the week (one of my many weeks off!). I drove to my parents' house for a couple days...never again will I drive that far by myself with no one to sit in the back with Parker!! Out of the four hours it takes to get there, he cried about 2 1/2 of them. And I'm not talking just wimpering, I'm talking flat out screaming. Apparently he likes someone sitting in the back with him! He did better traveling 10 hours to and from NY but someone was always in the back to entertain him. We had such a good time hanging out and shopping. My mom came back with us, then my dad will be here next Sunday. It'll be fun having them here for a couple months!
Aunt Danielle feeding Parker cereal...so fun!

At the lake with Parker...a little chilly but so beautiful!

Thanks, Aunt Kari for the warm outfit...we sure needed it!

An old scale at Danielle & Mikes...still works!

Rice Cereal...Yum!

Today was our first attempt at giving Parker rice cereal! He did better than I expected and seemed to like it. I couldn't get it in his mouth fast enough! I can't believe he's old enough to eat cereal. He's growing up so fast!!!
What just happened???

And he's finished!

I apologize if the video makes you a little dizzy...I was trying to record it myself, feed Parker, and talk to my sister on the phone. Talk about multi-tasking!
