A few weeks ago, Debbie, Emily, Parker & I met Jenni & Brynn at the Natural Science Center. We’ve taken Parker there before but he was too little to enjoy it…not this time though! He and Brynn haven’t played together much, and they really seemed to hit it off (Brynn now refers to Parker as “the other Parker” since she has a friend named Parker that she goes to daycare with). We spent most of our time outside checking out the animals…the kids had a great time, and it was nice for us moms to have a chance to catch up!
Parker wasn’t so sure about the petting zoo but he eventually got brave enough to touch some of the animals.
He wasn’t too sure what to do with the brush…
so Brynn gave him a lesson!

Sweet Emily…she’s used to having a morning nap and got a little tired half way though. But she was a trooper, hung in there until we left and took a nice nap in the car!
It’s tricky trying to get a picture of three toddlers in which they are looking at the camera and smiling. Emily was not a huge fan of this photo shoot in the bird’s nest. Parker’s telling her that it’s almost over…
to which she says to Brynn, “Get me out of here!!”
Eventually we got a pretty good one!
And the day wouldn’t have been complete without a trip to the train table!
